vol ou dégradation de votre colis par la Poste ou des tiers.

Chaque bijou est envoyé dans sa pochette et soigneusement emballé.

DÉLAI DE RÉTRACTATION / WITHDRAWAL PERIOD :
Dans le cas ou vous n'êtes pas totalement satisfait par l’un de nos produits,
nous nous engageons à vous l’échanger ou à vous rembourser (hors frais d'envoi et uniquement
si le bijou est restitué en l'état, sans dégradation et dans son emballage d'origine)
dans un délai de 7 jours suivant la réception du colis (le cachet de la poste faisant foi).
Les frais de retours restent à la charge de l'acheteur.
